In 2003, some old fields were recovered from the Finca de Can Torres, in Les Gavarres, to replant vines, which had traditionally occupied those spaces until the middle of the 20th century. We began monitoring the work of the new wine farm, from the planting of the vines to the first bottle of wine.
CATALÀ- L'any 2003 es va voler recuperar uns antics camps, de la Finca de Can Torres, a les Gavarres, per tornar a plantar vinyes, que tradicionalment ja havíen ocupat aquells espais fins a meitad del s.XX.Vam iniciar un seguiment dels treballs de la nova explotació vitivinícola, des de la plantació dels ceps fins a la primera ampolla de vi.
