The recovery of old wheat - This documentary follows Víctor Garcia's work for 15 years to multiply and recover ancient wheat seeds, with the aim of incorporating them into production systems. These seeds allow the cultivation of plants without treatments that harm health. They are conscientiously made products that are slowly recovering in the world of food. PRESENTATION OF THE FILM SCHEDULED IN THE SUMMER OF 2023.
CATALÀ- Aquest documental segueix durant 15 anys els treballs de Víctor Garcia per a multiplicar i recuperar llavors de blats antics, amb la finalitat d'incorporar-los als sistemes de producció. Aquestes llavors permeten el conreu de plantes sense tractaments que perjudiquin la salut. Són productes fets a consciència i que poc a poc s'estan recuperant en el mon de l'alimentació.
